Volunteer Remote Streaming
Production Assistant
Department: Live Production & Stream Operations

As a Production Assistant at MilfHunter Productions, you'll be a vital member of the live streaming operation — working directly alongside the Head of Production to ensure every stream runs flawlessly. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build real industry skills in live streaming production, from desktop broadcasts to IRL content and everything in between.

Responsibilities
Monitor and assist in controlling live streams (desktop, IRL, multi-cam)
Manage and switch overlays in real-time during broadcasts
Support Head of Production with stream setup and teardown
Monitor stream health, chat, and audience engagement
Assist with behind-the-scenes production tasks
Help coordinate technical aspects of IRL streaming setups
Communicate with team via Discord or Slack during live sessions
Help troubleshoot technical issues as they arise on stream
Assist in developing stream schedules and content calendars
Contribute ideas for production improvements and content strategy

Volunteer Remote Twitch
Twitch Moderator
Department: Community & Chat Management

As a Twitch Moderator for MilfHunter Productions, you'll be the first line of defense in keeping the chat clean, the vibes high, and the community thriving. You'll work directly alongside the streamer to enforce channel rules, engage with viewers, and make sure every broadcast is a welcoming and entertaining experience for everyone tuning in.

Responsibilities
Monitor Twitch chat in real-time during all live streams
Enforce channel rules — timeout, ban, and manage disruptive users
Welcome new viewers and foster a positive community atmosphere
Respond to chat questions when the streamer is occupied
Keep chat on-topic and free of spam, hate speech, and harassment
Coordinate with other mods via Discord during streams
Report notable incidents or recurring problem users to the streamer
Help develop and refine channel rules and moderation guidelines
Assist with raid coordination and hype during big moments
Be present and active for scheduled streams consistently

Volunteer Remote YouTube
VOD Lead Editor
Department: Content & Post-Production

As the VOD Lead Editor for MilfHunter Productions, your primary mission is simple: take raw stream recordings and turn them into polished, engaging videos ready to post on the YouTube channel. You'll be the backbone of our content pipeline — making sure every stream lives beyond Twitch and reaches a wider audience on YouTube. This is a creative, high-impact role where your work is seen by everyone.

Responsibilities
Download and organize raw VOD recordings after each stream
Edit full VODs into clean, watchable YouTube uploads
Cut dead air, technical issues, and slow sections to keep videos engaging
Add intro/outro sequences, transitions, and on-screen text where needed
Upload finished videos directly to the MilfHunter YouTube channel
Write video titles, descriptions, and tags optimized for YouTube search
Create or assist with eye-catching thumbnails for each upload
Maintain a consistent upload schedule after each stream
Clip standout moments for use as Shorts or social media content
Communicate turnaround times and updates via Discord
What We're Looking For
Experience with video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
Ability to turn around edits within 24–48 hours of a stream ending
Good eye for pacing — knows what to cut and what to keep
Reliable internet for uploading large video files
Self-motivated — can work independently without constant direction
Passion for streaming content and understanding of what YouTube audiences want

As the production grows and revenue is established, paid compensation will be extended to dedicated, long-standing team members. Your early commitment and contributions will be recognized and rewarded when that milestone is reached.

You agree to communicate openly, maintain reliability during agreed-upon shifts, and treat all team members with respect. MilfHunter Productions reserves the right to onboard or discontinue volunteers at any time.
